Independent Nurse Advocacy & Care Management — Serving Families Nationwide

When your family is facing complex healthcare decisions, you need more than support — you need an advocate who knows the system inside and out and puts your best interests first. That’s what TNA delivers.

You don’t have to face the healthcare system alone. The first step is simple: schedule your free 30-minute call. Together, we’ll decide if a Care Assessment is right for your family.

From Burnout to Advocacy: My Story

I’ve been a nurse for 27 years, working across emergency departments, hospice, case management, long-term care, travel nursing, and administration. Along the way, I saw how the system fails both patients and nurses:

I know this because I lived it — I lost precious time with my own kids serving a system that demanded everything and gave nothing back.

That’s why I created TNA: to protect families from being lost in the maze of healthcare, and to create a new path for nurses — one built on dignity and freedom.

Professional Experience: 27 Years Inside the System

What makes TNA different is that I’ve lived healthcare from every angle — clinical, financial, and administrative. This gives me the unique ability to translate the maze for families and empower nurses to thrive.

Emergency Department (ED): Managed high-stakes, life-and-death decisions in critical care settings.

Case Management: Coordinated complex treatment plans, specialist communication, and insurance approvals.

Hospice & Long-Term Care (LTC) Administration: Supported families in end-of-life decisions, advanced directives, and transitions.

Healthcare Administration: Learned the policies, billing systems, and behind-the-scenes operations that affect families most.

Travel Nursing: Adapted to hospitals across the country, bringing a broad perspective on how systems differ and fail.

This wide-ranging experience means I can spot problems others miss — from billing errors to care gaps — and bring order where there was once chaos.

We do this through our agency model, matching families with the nurse advocate whose specialty and heart align with their unique needs.

Our Values

Dignity : Every family deserves to be treated as more than a number. We ensure voices are heard, wishes are honored, and no detail is overlooked.

Freedom : Families gain freedom from fear when they understand their options. Nurses gain freedom when they step out of burnout and into meaningful work.
