By accessing or using trustednurseadvocates.com or engaging any service offered by Trusted Nurse Advocates (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our site or services.
2. Description of Services
Trusted Nurse Advocates provides virtual patient advocacy and care coordination services, including:
- Personal Care Coordination – organizing medical records, facilitating communication between care team members, and supporting care planning
- Appointment Coordination – preparing clients for appointments, organizing scheduling, and following up on referrals and next steps
- Patient Advocacy – guiding clients through insurance navigation, medical billing review, and treatment plan understanding
- Medical Bill Review & Appeals – identifying billing errors and assisting with dispute processes
- Free 30-Minute Consultation – an initial, no-obligation call to assess your needs
All services are provided virtually. We do not provide in-person clinical care, attend medical appointments in person, or provide hands-on patient care.
3. Not Medical Advice
The information and services provided by Trusted Nurse Advocates are for care coordination and advocacy purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or treatment plan. In a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
4. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or to parents and legal guardians acting on behalf of a minor. By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
5. Fees & Payment
Specific pricing will be presented to you prior to initiating paid services. By proceeding with a paid engagement, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are due as specified in your service agreement or invoice. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Consultations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will not be charged.
- Service Packages: Refunds for partially used packages will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Services already rendered are non-refundable.
- No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee as disclosed in the service agreement.

7. Confidentiality & HIPAA
Trusted Nurse Advocates uses a HIPAA-compliant care coordination platform to manage all client communications and records. We will not disclose your personal health information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law. By engaging our services, you authorize us to access records you provide, communicate with your designated providers on your behalf, and store your information on our secure platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable resources — is the property of Trusted Nurse Advocates and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any site content without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trusted Nurse Advocates and its personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including any healthcare decisions made based on our guidance. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trusted Nurse Advocates and its personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or provision of inaccurate information.
11. Third-Party Services
Our site may include links to third-party websites and platforms. These operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or if required by applicable law. Outstanding fees for services rendered remain due upon termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Monroe County, New York.
